Well played today mate and your right it was a fantastic team to be part of and a great laugh with a great group of guys plus yourself.
Good tournament and format and the triangle is a perfect venue for pool.

Defo the favs for the event b4 a ball was hit....
And duely delivered a masterclass in the final which we had no answer to....
My team played class all day,undefeated in the groups with 3wins and 2 draws and beating good sides in monklands 6.0 and kilsyth 6.1 to reach the final.....
I cant even say we just ran out of steam...
We were outclassed in the final...its that simple...
But for a team that tiger didnt give much hope,I think we proved him wrong..we all enjoyed the event...
Well done to Scott for a well run tourney and to the red triangle for quality tables and there hospitality....

Great finish Johnny, cannae mind what frame it was again, think it was against Jebrovia 4, when we were 7-0 up, was a big turning point though, 7-0 or 6-4
Well done to Vinnys team on reaching the final, probably, looking at the rest of the teams assembled in the tourney (Us, Livvy, Dunfermline, the other 2 Glasgows, Ayr, Monklands) this was definitely the best "team" performance of the day in my opinion.
And a special thanks to "The Auld Heid" Rab Cutch, for digging us right out a hole, firstly for playing, then, winning a right few big frames for us.
I'm no saying he hasn't played for a while, but the last time he played, cue cases all had zips on them!!!!!

I think Vinny was referring to his own team in his post above.
Congrats to the Avondale team who were ruthless in the final, it was all over in what felt like 10 minutes! A class team. Unlucky to the other Glasgow team that were so close to beating them in the semi-final.
Really enjoyable tournament. I would like to reiterate that the Red Tri is an awesome venue with great tables and I look forward to playing there again.
