Submitting Event entries
SPA Event Entries

Here's an example of a form which can be used by pubs, clubs, leagues, etc to submit player and team applications to enter an event. If you are running a pool tournament we can create a form on your behalf. Just provide the email address to which you want entrant's applications forwarded.
A link to your entry form can be placed in news articles and forums...... or even on your own league's web site.
Please PM Elaine if you'd like to make use of this kind of form for your tournaments.
